THE CITY CENTER
The delightful historic center develops along and around the main street: Corso Umberto I°.
With its typical restaurants, local chip shops, bars, artisanal ice cream parlors, typical shops and markets, here you can breathe a magical, festive and cheerful atmosphere.

THE SEAFRONT
The promenade is of very recent construction.

NECROPOLIS OF SAN SIMPLICIO
The archaeological site of absolute importance, provides a tangible testimony of ancient Olbia, which goes alongside the exhibition of finds of the Archaeological Museum.
The excavation, which has returned about 450 Roman tombs dating from 200 BC. to 300 AD, represents a stratification of extra-urban cult phases and necropolis that spans the first 2000 years of the history of the city of Olbia, from its birth with the Phoenicians up to the Middle Ages.

THE MARKETS
TUESDAY MORNING MARKET
In Olbia, the Porto Romano market takes place every Tuesday, from 08:00 to 13:00, near the railway station.
SATURDAY MORNING MARKET
The market in Via San Gallo is, however, a fixed appointment on Olbia Saturday mornings from 08:00 to 13:00.
Among others, we cannot forget the Thursday market in San Pantaleo which is currently being defined.

NEARBY BEACHES

MARINA MARIA
8 km away, Marina Maria is one of those beaches on the Olbia coast loved by locals but little known by tourists. The water is clean and with a beautiful turquoise color. It is located in the Murta Maria district.

PORTO ISTANA
10kmaway, Porto Istana is actually a set of four beaches separated from each other by some rocks. The beach is made up of very fine white sand that slopes gently towards the emerald colors of its waters.

PORTO TAVERNA
15 km away, Porto Taverna is located between Porto San Paolo and San Teodoro, in front you can enjoy the view of the island of Tavolara which makes the landscape unique and special. About1kmlong with fine white sand, it enjoys a shallow and sandy seabed and crystal clear waters with a color between emerald green and blue.

PITTULONGU
Located 11 km north of Olbia, the beach of Pittulongu is connected to more other beaches small, and is the
most frequented by the inhabitants of Olbia. With fine white sand, it has a shallow and sandy seabed, served by bars, restaurants and deck chair rental.
