Simona is super kind and the communication was great! She is super fast and responsive and gave us a warm and welcome feeling. She offered tips and welcomed us with a drink and a snack. Perfect base to explore Olbia & Costa Smerelda. Simona is devoted to providing fantastic guest experiences and you won’t find a more perfect apartment in all of Sardinia. Das Apartment ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und es war alles nötige vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und optimal um Olbia und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Simona ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, sie hat uns sehr gute Tips gegeben und immer gefragt wie es uns geht und ob alles in Ordnung ist. Nous étions un couple avec un adolescent pour une durée de 9 jours.Le logement est conforme à l'annonce. Il est bien équipé et propre dans une résidence calme avec piscine +++++.L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les magnifiques plages du nord-est de la Sardaigne. Centre commercial accessible à pied. Simona es una gran host. Nos esperó con un vino prosecco, cerveza y agua de regalo. Estuvo a diario atenta a como estábamos, nos recomendó lugares para comer, nos consiguió excursiones para realizar, etc. Nos sentimos muy cómodos en el apartamento, tiene todas las prestaciones para hacer una estadía muy cómoda, incluso de varios días.
